GOOD BEHAVIOR NOISE :
Inside your home, please remove any heeled shoes that may disturb your downstairs neighbor. The same applies to door slamming or sliding doors. Attention must be paid to the tonality of music and TV sets, which must not disturb neighbors. Noisy behavior, shouting and loud conversations must be kept to a minimum.
PETS: Pets must be kept on a leash when moving around the Residence. Any droppings must be collected immediately. Barking must be contained and must not disturb neighbors. BUT DUE TO A MISADVENTURE WITH A FORMER TENANT, I HAVE TO REFUSE ANIMALS.
LINEN: It is strictly forbidden to hang linen on the facades (terrace railings) or in communal areas.
TERRACES AND COURSIVES: Under no circumstances should terraces be cleaned with large amounts of water, to avoid disturbing your neighbor on the floor below and soiling the facades. It is forbidden to throw any object through windows, balconies or terraces (cigarettes, etc.).
GAMES: Children must be supervised by an adult. Green spaces, lawns and flowerbeds are not play areas.
